To educate well-rounded, open, receptive and perceptive students with the ability to learn and manage themselves.
Mission
Our mission is to provide the tools for well-rounded growth, developing autonomy and creativity, as well as an entrepreneurial spirit and a critical sense towards our surroundings. Our educational work is based on respect, solidarity and tolerance, in an environment conducive to learning where our students' education, health and safety are guaranteed at all times.
Colegio Bicentenario de Excelencia Adenauer bases its educational project on two main pillars: English as a fundamental language and its technical-vocational programme in Hospitality Services.
Our wish and objective is the education of our students. Each child and adolescent has their own personality and talents. As educators and mediators, we aim to develop and educate them fully within the school's core values: respect, responsibility, honesty, autonomy, tolerance and solidarity.
Our main objective is to provide a well-rounded education of academic excellence, while keeping firmly in mind the human development of children and adolescents, through spiritual, ethical, social and artistic principles, fostering self-esteem, social skills and socialisation processes that lead to the self-discipline of people of integrity.
To give our students and the Melipeuco community access to quality education in the municipality, without having to move away in search of technical-vocational (TP) or academic (HC) secondary education, since Colegio Bicentenario Adenauer offers this opportunity and allows the town to develop further.
Colegio Bicentenario de Excelencia Adenauer has the following vision of a desirable and possible future for the institution:

To keep improving academic results, achieving outstanding rankings at regional and national level. To act with the future in mind, as a driver of development for the town and municipality where it is located.
To respond effectively to the educational, cultural and social needs and interests of the municipality, especially those of the children and adolescents it educates, taking into account their social, working and cultural selves, as well as their potential and the demands of society in their time.

It seeks to contribute to society by educating its students in values and implementing a holistic education that goes beyond teaching content, so that students are well-rounded and proactive in their environments.
To seek the best strategies for working with vulnerable students, taking into account their educational and social needs, which are essential in facing today's society.
To establish English among our students and the wider school community as a working tool they can use in daily and professional life, especially in our technical-vocational Hospitality Services programme, where languages are the main instrument. Also, to allow students to prepare for the PDT university entrance test, with an academic (HC) class in the last two years of secondary school.
